We work hard to keep PoundLogic accurate and up to date — see our editorial policy for the detail. However:

  • Tax rules and rates change. A calculator built for the 2025/26 tax year may not be accurate the moment a new Budget changes a threshold. We update as quickly as we reasonably can — usually within two weeks of any change — but we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.
  • Calculators are estimates. Every calculator makes assumptions. Your real-world result will depend on factors not modelled.
  • External links. We link to third-party websites we believe to be trustworthy. We are not responsible for the content of external sites.
